Anne Marie Bauer's Obituary
Anne Marie Bauer, age 86, passed away Saturday July 14th at the Poppen Hospice Residence after a short illness. She was born November 6, 1931 to Ralph and Mary (Miesen) Feuerborn and was a life resident of Muskegon MI. On June 11, 1955, she married Bernard W. “Satch” Bauer and he preceded her in death on April 21, 2014. She was a lifelong member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she volunteered at the church and school. Anne was an avid reader, a bowler, and loved to do puzzles. She took much pride in her home and yard. SURVIVORS include her daughter, Julie (Terry) Thompson of Escondido, CA; two grandchildren, Matthew and Melissa Thompson; 2 brothers, Joseph (Lois) Feuerborn, Edward (Darlene) Feuerborn; 2 sisters, Bertha (Donald) LeMieux, Agnes (Connie) Nelson; 1 brother-in-law, Bill Bredin; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and 2 sisters, Joyce Bredin and Rita Simpson, brother-in-law Tom Simpson, nephews Brent Feuerborn, Lloyd Cogswell, Greg Bredin, and nieces Martha Bredin and Monica Bredin. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated 1:00 PM Thursday, July 19, 2018 in Marian Chapel at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (2929 McCracken St.) with Rev. Fr. Charlie Hall presiding. INTERMENT will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to Mass, 12-1 PM Thursday at Marian Chapel.
