Mrs. Anne J. Rose's Obituary
Mrs. Anne J. Rose, age 100, went home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 24, 2013. Anne was born June 23, 1913 in Grand Rapids to Frank and Jennie (Zwart) Helmholdt, she married the late Donald J. Rose in 1938. She was a member of Bethany Christian Reformed Church for over 75 years, where she was involved in TeleCare and Ladies’ Fellowship. Anne enjoyed crafts of all sorts and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Anne is survived by her three children: Pat (Dick) Miller of Muskegon, Darryl (Barb) Rose of Muskegon, and Brian (Sharon) Rose of Dallas, TX; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. A CELEBRATION OF ANNE’S LIFE will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Bethany Christian Reformed Church, 1105 Terrace St., with Pastor David Sieplinga officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service at church, 10-11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, please contribute memorials to the Endowment Funds of either Muskegon Christian School or Western Michigan Christian High School, or Mercy VNS Hospice.The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, phone 231-726-5210, is assisting the family.
