Anne S. Luzadder's Obituary
Mrs. Anne S. Luzadder, age 89, passed away early Friday, December 24, 2010 at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. She was born on April 12, 1921 in Muskegon to Anthony and Adele (Youngkoski-Rasinske) Staigvil, and resided in the area most of her life, except for some time in Florida. Anne worked at Brookhaven Nursing Home for 10 years, before retiring in 1984, and previously worked the front desk of the Occidental Hotel from 1952-1962. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Homosassa, FL. Anne was married to Joseph Darga, who preceded her in death. She then married Edgar Luzadder on February 25, 1993, and he preceded Anne in death on March 30, 2006. SURVIVORS include sisters, Jean Bucher, Irene (Steve) Humenick, and Wilma Lorenz; sister-in-law, Carol Rasinske; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; step-children and step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Anne was also preceded in death by her son, Tony King; mother, Adele Rasinske; father, Anthony Staigvil; step-father, William Rasinske; and brothers, Ed Rasinske and Frank Staigvil. The MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 1PM Friday, December 31, 2010 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Rev. John H. Brown officiating. Visitation with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 12-1PM. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial Contributions to the Harbor Hospice will be appreciated.
