Annette Ellen Hyatt's Obituary
Annette Ellen Hyatt, age 67, passed away at home on October 31, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. Annette was born in Hastings, Michigan, on June 12, 1958, to Harris and Donna Moore. After graduating from Spring Lake High School, she attended cosmetology school and earned her cosmetology license. She later worked for Lepinks and Rite Aid.
She loved estate and garage sales from which she accumulated a large collection of cookbooks, frogs, turtles, owls, rocks, Petoskey stones, and wooden boxes. She also enjoyed spending time at Wabigama with her Aunt Ellen and her cousins. She will be remembered for her kindness and sweet demeanor, but could be spunky when needed.
Annette is survived by her husband of 44 years, Richard Hyatt; son, Jason (Sarah) Hyatt; sister, Brenda (David) Wise; special nieces, Megan and Melissa Wise (aka Thing 1 and Thing 2); half-brothers, Darrel (Kathy) Bliss and Rick (Martha) Bliss.
All light went out when she passed. She will be deeply missed.
