Mrs. Antonette Marie “Toni” Stachurski, age 66, died peacefully on Thursday, November 3,2016 at her home in Fruitport, surrounded by her loving family, following a courageous battle with cancer. She loved reading, camping, sewing, gardening and watching old tv programs and movies. Above all, she cherished her grandchildren, special nephew, Cole Allen and grand dog Owen. They were the lights of her life and her love will live on in them for eternity. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Her honesty, humor and sarcasm were infectious. She was a strong selfless woman and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. “Time is not measured by the years that you live
But by the deeds that you do and the joy that you give-
And each day as it comes brings a chance to each one
To love to the fullest, leaving nothing undone
That would brighten the life or lighten the load
Of some weary traveler lost on life’s Road-
So what does it matter how long we may live
If as long as we unselfishly give.”
