Ardyth O. Beghtol's Obituary
Ardyth Orleana Beghtol, age 93, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 in Westland, MI. She was born September 15, 1929 in Muskegon to Ernest and Mary (Van) Elwell. On September 1, 1951, she married Monte Beghtol in Muskegon, and he preceded her in death on January 11, 2011. Ardyth worked for Teledyne Continental Motors for 44 years as a secretary prior to her retirement. She had been a long-time member of Lakeside Baptist Church, was an avid reader, loved to crochet and knit, and in her younger years was a professional roller skater. SURVIVORS include 2 daughters: Mary Jo Quintero of Fresno, CA and Linda (Mike) Wiersema of Westland, MI; grandson, John-Paul Quintero; numerous nieces and nephews; and her church family. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Maxine Elwell; son-in-law, John Quintero; sisters and brothers-in-law: Maxine (Richard) Pickett, Beverly (James) Krepps, and Inez (Walter) Gray. A private family service for Ardyth will be held. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Lakeside Cemetery (2201 Crozier Ave., Muskegon, MI 49441).
