Arline Nash's Obituary
Mrs. Arline Nash, age 74, of Grand Haven passed away June 9, 2011 at home. She was born July 9, 1936 in Lunenburg County, Virginia to James and Mary Louise (Barber) Elliott.
Arline retired as an L.P.N. for North Ottawa Care Center and she was Vice- President of the Women’s Auxiliary of the F.O.E. Eagles #925 in Grand Haven. She loved collecting dolls, spending time in her flower garden, bowling in the women’s league, volunteering with Special Olympic Bowling, working with Love INC and also working as a seamstress.
On October 11, 1986 she married Dean Nash in Grand Haven and he survives her along with Arline’s 2 daughters, Donna Langlois of Fruitport and Lisa (Kevin) Reimink of Grand Rapids; 1 sister, Betty Bluhm of South Carolina; 1 brother, Sterling (June) Elliott of Kenbridge, Virginia; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Louise Elliott.
A Memorial Service will take place 11:00 AM Thursday, June 16, 2011 at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven with Rev. Daniel Anderson officiating.
