Arvilla K. Gilbert's Obituary
Arvilla K. Gilbert, age 74, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020. She was born on April 27, 1946 to Orville and Rose Anderson in Muskegon, MI. Muskegon has always been home for Arvilla and her family. She took pride in her home and enjoyed being a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed working on crossword puzzles. She truly loved family gatherings, especially during the holidays. She was a caring and tender-loving soul who will truly be missed. She is survived by her 2 children, Michael (Jackie) Gilbert and Dan Gilbert; step-grandchild, Jamie Wilde; sister, Janet (Stanley) Goodwin and 2 brothers, Donald (Sandy) Anderson and Roger (Lu Ann) Anderson and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Due to health restrictions, and limitations concerning social distancing, a private family service will be held. A limited visitation with the family will be held from 12-1:00PM on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442.
