Baby Blake Ward VanDam's Obituary
Blake Ward VanDam, infant son of Derek VanDam and Kristina Dvorak of Spring Lake, was silently born on Friday, January 15, 2010. Although never was introduced to this world, he will forever live in our hearts.
In addition to his parents, Blake is survived by three sisters: Alivia, Emma, and Aurora; a brother, Ryland; his grandparents, Ward and Rochelle VanDam of Norton Shores and Sheri Glombowski of Baldwin, MI; and numerous aunts and uncles.
