Barbara L. Knoll's Obituary
Barbara L. Knoll, 73, passed away early Wednesday morning, March 25, in Muskegon. She was born April 29, 1941 to Ira A. and Fern L. (Ames) Knoll in Muskegon, and had lived in Grand Rapids for several years before returning to Muskegon 10 years ago. Barb worked for 15 years at Comcast before retiring. She loved listening to music, knitting, and talking with her friends. SURVIVORS include 3 children, David (Kathy) Knoll, Lorraine (Roy Trowbridge) Bondurant , and Karen Knoll; 5 grandchildren, Statia (Shane) Chvatik, Lisa, Ruth (Shawn) Pointer, Brett, and Barbara; 4 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Hayleigh, Donavan, and Braydon; 1 brother, Clarence “Buster/Red” Knoll; 1 sister, Sharon (David) Knoll-Wright; extended family, Gail and Lloyd Walker; Aunt Gerry Ames and Aunt Ellna Mae VanVliet. Barb was preceded in death by her parents; 1 daughter, Bobbi Lee; and 1 sister, Karen. A private family celebration of Barb’s life will be held closer to her birthday.
