Jack and I had the privilege of enjoying Bob and Barb in the winters when they were in Florida. We shared many meals together and swapped many stories. When they were no longer able to come down, we really missed them, but thankfully we were able to see them in the summers when we visited Michigan. They were one of the last people to visit my mom before she passed. Bob was more like a brother to her than a brother in law, and she really loved Barb as well.
Barb was lovely and I'm so glad she became part of our family.
I am very sorry for your loss. What a beautifully written picture of someone so special and so loved. I am sad I won't still be in town for her memorial service to honor her and a life so well lived, but my heart and prayers are and will continue to be with you all.
