Barbara J. Vargo's Obituary
Barbara Jean Vargo, age 72, of Norton Shores, went to be forever with her Lord and Savior on August 13, 2025. She was born March 2, 1953, in Muskegon to Jay and Mildred (Hascher) Jirschele. Barbara was faithful in prayer and reading her devotions daily, and would encourage others to do the same. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Andrew, and her parents, Jay and Mildred Jirschele. She is survived by several cousins and close friends. Funeral Services for Barbara will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, August 21, 2025, at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444 (231) 798-1100, with Pastor Bob Davies and Pastor Keith Sandison officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Norton Cemetery on Airport Rd. MEMORIALS to Calvary Church / Muskegon will be appreciated.
