Barbara Jean Booker's Obituary
Mrs. Barbara Jean Booker, age 60, passed away September 8, 2004 at her home. She was born July 23, 1944 in San Jose, CA to Rodney and Ann (Miexner) Huntington and lived in the Muskegon area most of her life. On September 30, 1971, she married Richard A. Booker in Newaygo County and he preceded her in death on February 19, 1990. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Rodney (Brenda) Larson, Trevor (Tina) Larson; 2 daughters, Melanie Booker, Tempenny (Danny) Sutton; 8 grandchildren, Heather, Rodney II, Ronnie Jr., Katie, Jenny, Danny Jr., Josh, and Sarah; 1 brother, Stephen (Kathy) Huntington of California; 1 sister, Shirley Gibbs of Georgia. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and 1 brother, Robert Huntington. A MEMORIAL GATHERING with Barbara’s family will take place 2-4 PM on Sunday, September 12, 2004, at the Booker Residence, 1475 Carlton, Muskegon.
