Bernice M. Simonson's Obituary
Mrs. Bernice M. Simonson, age 92, passed away early Friday morning, October 24, 2003. She was born on March 13, 1911 to Herman & Alice (Foster) Linderman, and had resided in Muskegon her entire life. Mrs. Simonson worked at Western Union for 35 years, was a member of Lake Harbor United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her family, playing cards and bingo. She was married to Alfred “Pat” C. Simonson for 50 years. He preceded her in death on November 30, 1983. She will lovingly be remembered by her family: son, Carl Simonson of Muskegon; daughter, June Ann and son-in-law, Bob Miller of Ludington; grandchildren, Steve (Patti) Miller, Patrice (Paul) Schultz, Jeannine (Bob) Sladick, Danielle (Will) Totten, Sean Simonson, Noelle Simonson, and Lisa Simonson; great grandchildren, Christa, Jake, and Kara Miller; Josh, Chelsea , and Nathan Schultz; Peter, Ehren, Briana, Isaiah, and Simon Sladick; brother-in-law, Robert Cork; sisters-in-law, Carmen Linderman, Elsie Simonson, Lil Simonson, and many nieces and nephews. Bernice was preceded in death by her grandson, Marc Miller; brother, Delbert Linderman; sisters, Armina Linderman, Evelyn Wolford, Hazel Vanderkooi, and Marie “Midge” Cork. SERVICES will be 1 PM Monday at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church (4861 S. Henry St.) with Rev. Cindy Skutar officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 PM Sunday afternoon at
