I remember Sis as always serene and affectionate. She, Joe, Carol and I went cherry picking one summer, and Sis was pregnant. She gave us detailed orders of what we were to do should she miscarry - much like she planned the details of her funeral. She made her family a loving one by her example. Marilyn and extended family - I was so saddened to get your email with your Mom's obituary. I feel your loss as my Dad also passed away on November 12th, 2008 and they both walked similar journey's. Marilyn found my Dad's site through his carepage and we periodically checked each other's. Marilyn also gave us the hospital and Dr. info to bring my Dad down your way for a second opinion this past summer. Funny how our paths have crossed a couple times in different ways. My heart goes out to all of you - I do know your pain and loss and I am very very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person in your life.
