Mrs. Betty Jane Healey's Obituary
Mrs. Betty Jane Healey, age 91, passed away Friday afternoon, February 15, 2019 at Seminole Shores Living Center. Betty was born June 14, 1927 in Waukesha, WI to Ben and Eva (Mede) Elger. She had worked for 26 years with perfect attendance at Brookhaven Medical Center as a Nurse’s Aide prior to her retirement in 1996. Betty also spent many years as part of a bowling league. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker and is survived by her sons, Pat Healey, Mike (Ann) Healey, and Chris (Mari) Healey, all of Muskegon; son-in-law, Robert (Linda) Burghduf of Allendale; grandchildren, Piper, Kari, Jared, Ben and Lindsey; brothers, Ben (Rachel) Elger and Gerald (Angie) Elger; and many nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene Healey-Burghduf; and 10 sisters and brothers. In accordance with Betty’s wishes, no services will be held.
