Betty J. Malsam's Obituary
Mrs. Betty J. Malsam, age 92, of Muskegon passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 of natural causes. She was born December 5, 1932, in Bluffton, Indiana to Orville and Flossie (Reil) Smeltzer. On September 7, 1957, she married Steve Malsam who passed away March 16, 1999.
Betty attended First Baptist Church and enjoyed wintering in Tucson, Arizona for these last 30 years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and playing bingo. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Jack Landstra; grandchildren: Kyle, and Rachel Landstra. She was preceded in death by her sister, Carol McDaniel and nephew, Rodney McDaniel.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, June 16, 2025, at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49417.
