Betty Pringle's Obituary
Betty Pringle, age 94, formerly of Muskegon, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. She was born May 9, 1926 in Hinkley, Leicestershire, England to Edward Thomas and Hilda (Wilbur) Storer. Betty came over to America as an English war bride in 1945. She enjoyed knitting, traveling, and playing table games with her family. She was also a member of the English War Bride Club. Betty is survived by her son, Kenneth Pringle of St. Petersburg, FL, her daughters, Janice (Christopher) Brown of Holland, MI, Nancy (David) Bogue of Muskegon, MI and Kathy Paquin of Whitehall, MI; grandchildren, Brenda Geyman, Thomas, Kevin and John Brown, and Angela Mitchell, David and Robert Patterson, Andrew Paquin and Danielle Schmock; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Pringle; her mother, Hilda (John) Kruse; her father, Edward T. Storer; and great-grandson, Joseph R. Brown. A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 7, 2020 outside under the south portico with Rev. Dr. William J. Rudd officiating at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444. Visitation inside will be limited to 10 people at a time for one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery.
