Betty A. Salisbury's Obituary
Mrs. Betty Ann (Bolser) Salisbury, age 93, was called to eternal Heaven on Monday, June 5, 2023. She was born on December 7, 1929 to Ernest and Olga (Boetcher) Zeller in Ladysmith, WI. Betty married Arthur Bolser on December 10, 1949 and he preceded her in death on December 19, 1972. On July 29, 1977, Betty married Walter Salisbury Sr and he also preceded her in death on December 20, 2005. Betty was a former member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Nunica and currently an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she served on the altar guild for many years and was the leader of her Senior Group. She enjoyed helping wherever needed. Betty is survived by her step-children, Walter (Bernice) Salisbury Jr, David (Janice) Salisbury, Dale (Bethann) Salisbury, and Jill Carron; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 18 great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and their families. Along with her two husbands, Betty was also preceded in death by her siblings, Ernvel Zeller, Warren Zeller, Harlow Zeller, Herbert Zeller, Erna Tennant, and Ruth Moore. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM Friday, June 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3225 Roosevelt Rd., Muskegon, MI 49441. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 – 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty’s memory may be made to West Shore Lutheran School. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
