Betty J. Courter's Obituary
Mrs. Betty J. Courter, age 81, died early Tuesday morning, March 2, 2004. She was born December 16, 1922 in Muskegon Heights, MI to William and Olive (White) Bowersox, and had been a Muskegon area resident for most of her life. Mrs. Courter was a 1972 graduate of Western Michigan University, where she received her teaching degree. On October 17, 1942, she married Clifford W. Courter in Muskegon, and he preceded her in death on March 31, 1966. SURVIVORS include 5 children, Clifford D. Courter of Sparta, Richard (Barbara) Courter of Woodridge, IL, Luanne (Gary) Dexter, Rochelle Courter, Karen (Rex) Langereis all of Muskegon; 15 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. VISITATION with the family will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday at
