Betty J. Rozek's Obituary
Mrs. Betty J. Rozek, age 82, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008. She was born October 12, 1925 in Muskegon to Arthur and Gladys (Robarge) Benson. She married Leonard Rozek on November 4, 1955 in San Diego, CA. He preceded her in death on Decemeber 20, 1972. Betty retired from American Coil Spring after 30 years and was previously employed at GTE for 13 years. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. SURVIVORS include: 2 nieces, Christie Damon of Port Huron, MI and Pamela (Dean) VanderWalle of Twin Lake; 1 sister-in-law, Donna Benson; and 3 great-nephews, Ken Hosmer, Christopher Damon and Scott VanderWalle; 1 step-daughter, Sharon (Jerry) Mitchelson of Florida; 2 grandchildren, Melody Zager and Brian (Colleen) Crozier; 7 great-grandchildren; a half-brother, James Benson; 1 step-sister, Joyce (Gerald) Hazekamp. She was also preceded in death by, brother Ken Benson, Step-daughter, Judy Wilson and step-father, Russell Jarvis. The MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. VISITATION: Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at
