Beulah Mae Ritchie's Obituary
Beulah Mae Ritchie, age 92, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, in Grand Haven, MI. She was born October 22, 1931, in Bogota, TN, to Otis and Dimple (Stewart) Mumford. She married James Ritchie in Dyersburg, TN and he preceded her in death on December 4, 1988. She lived in Tennessee, Indiana and moved to Michigan in 1978. Beulah enjoyed reading a good book and loved dogs. Above all, she loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Beulah will be dearly missed by her children, Troy (Kathy) Miller, Carolyn Bouwman, James (Christy) Ritchie and Mary (Chuck) Ziegert; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Sylvia Cook; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, James, she was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Roy Miller and Mark Hudson; daughter, Linda Zimonick; sisters, Francis Hart and Donna Minor; and brothers, Bobby, Delbert and Tommy Mumford.
A FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11 AM on Monday, November 20, 2023, at The VanZantwick Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (620 Washington Ave., Grand Haven, MI 49417).
