Beverly Babcock's Obituary
Mrs. Beverly Babcock, age 87, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 in Muskegon. She was born in Manton, Michigan on September 12, 1931 to Howard and Eva (Bechtel) Fox. Beverly enjoyed being a homemaker and took pride in cooking, cleaning, and sewing for her family. Later in life, she took great joy in her grandchildren. Beverly also enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the casino. On September 24, 1949, Beverly married Roy E. Babcock and he preceded her in death in 1988. She is survived by her three children, Charles (Theresa) Babcock, Darlynn Gaskill, and Jennel Locke; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Burton Fox. In addition to her husband, Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Carolyn McBrian and Marita Baze. A MEMORIAL for Beverly will be held from 1-3 PM Friday, May 17, 2019 at Egelcraft Mobile Home Park Community Room (2129 Arrowhead Dr, Muskegon, MI 49442). Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Beverly may be directed to Heaven Can Wait Animal Haven (PO Box 23, Ferrysburg, MI 49409).
