Beverly Ruth Carlson's Obituary
Beverly “Bev” R. Carlson, age 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in Muskegon, MI. She was born to William and Elsie (Rop) Brown on August 27, 1929, in Muskegon, MI. On November 18, 1949, she married the love of her life Marvin C. Carlson in Muskegon and spent 66 wonderful years together with him. She was a member of the Whitehall Evangelical Covenant Church for many years and loved music whether she was singing in a choir or listening to Christian music. An avid Detroit Tigers fan, she never missed watching a game. Always easy to laugh, Beverly loved spending time with family and friends. Beverly is survived in death by her children: Daniel (Debbie) Carlson, David (Loree) Carlson; grandchildren: Douglas (Jessica) Carlson, Sarah (Thomas) Santelle and two great grandchildren: Noah and Madelynn. She is preceded in death by her parents: William and Elsie Brown; brothers: Arthur Brown, Marvin Brown and son: Douglas Carlson. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11:00 AM, Monday, November 24, 2025, at Whitehall Evangelical Covenant Church, 900 S. Warner, Whitehall, MI. 49461 with a LUNCHEON to follow.
