Mrs. Beverly J. Dobb's Obituary
Mrs. Beverly J. Dobb, 81, passed away Thursday morning, January 25, 2018, in Muskegon. She was born March 6, 1936 to William and Tillie (Sniegowski) Marchido in Muskegon and was a lifelong resident. Beverly had worked at Govs Market, D&W, and J.C. Penney, and was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She loved to go on picnics, cooking, trips to casino, scenic drives, but her life’s passion was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. On September 3, 1955 she married Eugene G. Dobb, and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2000. Survivors include 3 children: Becky (Tom) Lakos, Michael (Barb) Dobb, Steve (Rene) Dobb; 6 grandchildren: Alexis (Randy), Christina (Tommy), Sara, Nikki (Justin), Luke (Sabrina) Leah (Allen); many grand and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Gene and Fabian Marchido; 2 sisters, Delores Blackmer and Lorraine Andree. The funeral service will be Monday, January 29, 2018, at 11:00 AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100. Visitation will be Sunday, January 28, from 4-6 PM, and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday. The Rosary will be prayed at 3:30 PM Sunday afternoon.
