Mrs. Beverly V. Scheerer's Obituary
Mrs. Beverly V. Scheerer, 84, passed away Saturday morning, August 16, 2014, at her home. Born September 8, 1929 to Homer and Florence (Fullmer) Brown, she married Fred W. Scheerer on May 6, 1946 in Muskegon. Bev had been an Inspector at Howmet Corp. before retiring, but was happiest as a homemaker. Her family always came first. Her SURVIVORS include her husband, Fred; three sons: William (LuAnn) Scheerer, Richard (Linda) Scheerer, and Jacob Scheerer; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gwendolyn (J.D.) Driver. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Barbara Ellen Schultz; and brothers Melford and Kenneth Brown. VISITATION with Bev’s family will be from 10-11 A.M. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey Street, Norton Shores, MI 49444, phone 231-798-1100 followed by A CELEBRATION OF HER LIFE at 11:00 A.M.
