Beverly Joyce Bakke's Obituary
Mrs. Beverly Joyce Bakke, age 73, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2007 at her home. She was born February 22, 1934 in Muskegon to Harry and Magdalene (Kison) Swanson. The former Beverly Swanson married Howard G. Bakke in Muskegon on February 27, 1954. He preceded her in death on August 1, 1970. Beverly was employed as a Transportation Assistant at S.D. Warren for 20 years until her retirement in 1991. SURVIVORS include: her children, Cheryl A. (Richard) Dolack of Chandler, AZ, Howard G. Bakke of Reno, NV, Marianne J. (David) Krupp of Woodland Park, CO and Tom J. Bakke of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; 3 sisters, Lucille Lodzinski and Shirley Liefer of Muskegon and Edith Chittenden of Spring Lake, MI. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Charles “CJ” Swanson. A private family service will be held later. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice.
