Rhonda and family,
Words cannot express how shocked and sad we are to learn of Billie passing. From the time my brother Dan introduced him to us many years ago Billie not only became a friend he became part of our family. Dale and I have so many good memories of him; camping, hunting, working together, family gatherings and more. He will be remembered fondly and missed dearly. Please know we share in your grief. A good man gone too soon.
Our sincere condolences to you and the family. Our thoughts and love are with you.
Dale & Vicky Hilliard

Uncle Billie and I shared a special bond from the time I was a little girl. He means the world to me and I'm so going to miss him. We talk about Nascar and when ever I found a cool item with a wolf on it, it brought memories of him to me. I gave him a wolf breed dog and he named her Shady. When I was a little girl, I watch him leave and return from a plane when he left for Vietnam. I'd go home and cry and listen to "I'm leaving on a jet plane". Well Uncle Billie you've left on that jet plane and I'm gonna miss you. But I'll see you again on the other side....
