Mrs. Bonnie F. Hackney's Obituary
Mrs. Bonnie F. Hackney passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. She was born on October 3, 1945 in Muskegon to Ronald and Iris (Brown) Lawrence, Sr. Bonnie married Brian Hackney on February 20, 1998 in Muskegon, and they enjoyed 19 years together. Bonnie graduated from Ross Medical Education Center and retired from Mercy Hospital as a PCA. Bonnie was known for spending time with her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and always loved her phone conversations with them. Bonnie also enjoyed going out to lunch with her husband and spending their Sunday afternoons together. She enjoyed cooking, taking her dogs for walks down by the beach and spending time with friends. Bonnie will be lovingly missed by her husband, Brian; children, Yvette Manning and Rhonda (Mitch) Reagan; stepchildren, Adam Hackney and Kimberly Hackney; grandchildren, Kristina (Christopher Lee) Manning, Brittney (John) Bridgeman, Michael Manning II, Christopher Manning, Justin (Kelci) Patterson and Lindsey Manning; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Lee, Bristol Lee, Summer Darcy, Ian Manning, Kingston Scott, and on the way, Freya Iris Bridgeman; son-in-law, Michael Manning; siblings, Judy Piccard, Robert (Judy) George, Marjorie Lawrence, Rick (Kellie) Lawrence, Nancy (Robert) Hesse; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald Lawrence, Jr. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 from 4-6PM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S.
