Bonnie K. "Hurricane" Tarte's Obituary
Mrs. Bonnie K. Tarte, age 49, passed away Monday, April 9, 2007. She was born September 14, 1957 in Muskegon to Duane and Isabelle (Zerns) Maitland and had been a life resident. Bonnie worked 8 years as a seamstress for Son Shine Designs. On August 27, 1977 she married Roger D. Tarte in Muskegon and he survives her along with 2 sons, Dale Tarte, Jeff (Stacey) Tarte both of Muskegon; 1 granddaughter, Kassandra Tarte; father, Duane (Val) Maitland of Muskegon; brother, Larry (Dawn) Maitland of Muskegon; twin-sister, Connie (Phil) Cantu of Whitehall; 2 special nephews, Jake and Spencer Cantu; many other nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Luci Gilbert. She was preceded in death by her mother and a half-sister, Judy Zuidema. A CELEBRATION OF BONNIE’S LIFE will be take place 11:00 AM Saturday at
