Bonnie Marie Hale's Obituary
Mrs. Bonnie Marie Hale, age 79, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2005 with many of her children & grandchildren gathered around her bed at Hillcrest Nursing Center in North Muskegon. Bonnie was born in Hart, Michigan to Frank and Lottie (Stevens) Bunnell on July 25, 1925. On December 18, 1944, she and Stanley Hale, Sr. were married. Except for time spent in Florida, the Hales lived their life in the Muskegon area. Mrs. Hale was employed by Sears, worked in the school cafeteria, and was a bus driver for Reeths Puffer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, on July 12, 1988. She was survived by 3 children, Gloria Jean (Rev. Gerald) Wahr, Stanley J. (Judy) Hale, and Steven J. (Martha) Hale; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a sister, Arlene (Dick) Lowe of Dallas, Texas, and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 4 sisters, Beulah Towne, Bernadette DeLong, Doretha Weerstra, and Zina Dew. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 1PM Wednesday at McGraft Memorial Congregational Church with Rev. Steven Hyma of Hope Reformed Church officiating.
