Bruce Allan Wright's Obituary
Mr. Bruce Allan Wright, age 47, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014. He was born June 16, 1966 in Muskegon to Vern and Beverly (VanderWal) Wright. He attended Fruitport High School and was employed as a Machine (CNC) Operator at SelfLube Mold and Die Components in Coopersville. Bruce was a member of the Fruitport Eagles. He was an avid bowler and played in the Pincrest Leagues and also, coached Little League Baseball. He married the former Shelly Mae Carlisle in Muskegon on March 23, 2002. She survives him along with his son, Bruce Allan Wright II; his step-son, Coty Giddings currently serving in the U.S. Army; his mother and step-father, Beverly and Thomas A. Balas of Muskegon; step-brothers, Thomas M. and Michael D. Balas; and his father-in-law, Dick Carlisle of Bailey, MI. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 22, 2014 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100, Pastor John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice or to the family.
