Callie M. Ruegsegger's Obituary
Callie M. Ruegsegger, age 71, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020. She was born on May 12, 1948 to John and Viola (Rolison) Kersting in Muskegon, MI. Muskegon has been home for Callie most of her life. She was a dedicated employee of Bolt Hardware Store, where she worked for about 20 years. While working there she met Mark and on July 3, 1997 they were married at home in their backyard. Together they cherished almost 23 years of marriage full of love and laughter. Callie was an adventurous woman who loved to spend her time traveling. Her favorite place to visit with Mark were the Smokey Mountains. She also enjoyed knitting and spending time with her grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor and was a tender-loving soul that will truly be missed by many. She is survived by her husband, Mark Ruegsegger; daughter, Christine (Mark) Davis; 5 grandchildren, Amanda (Derek) Monk, Brandon Gaskill, Timothy Graves, Joshawa Graves and Nicole Street; and many great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Allen Gaskill; daughter, Betty Dibble; sister, Darlene Graves; and brother, Jim Kersting.
