Calvin Wayne Churchwell Jr.'s Obituary
Calvin Wayne Churchwell, Jr., age 71, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025. He was born November 18, 1953 in Muskegon, MI to Calvin Churchwell Sr. and Catherine (Hawkins) Churchwell. Calvin worked as a lead machinist for Teledyne-Continental Motors for 33 years and retired in 2009. On July 19, 2024, he married Latisha L. DeLoach. Calvin attended Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church in Muskegon Heights. He is survived by his loving wife, Latisha L. Churchwell; his daughter, Diamond Miles; 7 step-children; 3 grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren. In honoring Calvin’s wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements handled by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
