Carl A. Duncan's Obituary
Carl Allen Duncan, age 69, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025. He was born on November 18, 1956, in Elkhart, IN, to Buster and Elizabeth (Henshaw) Duncan. Carl attended Bunker Elementary School and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1975—always proud to say, “Go Big Reds.” He enjoyed telling stories about his time living in Tennessee in a boxcar, often referring to himself as a modern-day “Grizzly Adams.” Carl’s favorite gathering spot was Lakeshore Tavern in Muskegon, where he especially enjoyed a good porter—his favorite being Yuengling Porter. Carl is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Duncan, and two sisters, Karen Duncan and Linda Kwolek. He was preceded in death by his father, Buster. According to his wishes, there will be no services.
