Carl V. Ketchum age 67 of Ravenna died Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Mercy Health Partners surrounded by his loving family.
Carl was born on June 4, 1943 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late Clifford L and Blanche E. (House) Ketchum. Carl served in the U.S. Military. He married Linda L. (Booker) Ketchum on May 12, 1962 in Muskegon, MI.He retired from Pro Gas Sales and Service in 1996.
Carl is survived by his wife of 48 years: Linda L. Ketchum of Ravenna, 1 Son: Carl Ketchum Jr. of Grand Rapids. 4 Daughters: Kim (Matt) Spoelman of Ravenna, Kathy (Michael) Graham of Arizona, Karen (Dave) Young and Kristy (Tony) Korson both of Ravenna. 16 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. 1 Brother: Clyde (Joyce) Ketchum of Ravenna.
Carl was preceded in death in addition to his parents by a brother: Clifford Ketchum Jr.
Funeral services for Carl V. Ketchum will be conducted on Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 3:00pm at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna with Rev. Timothy S. Gauger officiating. Burial will be in Ravenna Cemetery.
The family will be at the funeral home on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00pm to receive friends and again on Sunday from 2:00pm until time of service.
Memorials may be directed to the family to help with expenses.
