To the Lafay Family,
I am so sorry for your lost. I grew up across the road from Carl and I can remember he was a very special friend he always talked to me . he was always outside tinkering with something. I know carl is in a better place and god will take care of him. I am truly sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.##imported-begin##Kim Cavanaugh##imported-end##
My heart goes out to you Kay and your family. He was taken much too soon. I remember his smile, his kindness, compassion, and love for his family. He was a high point in my life. Although I only knew him for a short time, I feel blessed to have known him and I feel that knowing him made my life better and me a better person. Nothing will ever completely take away the pain, but he will live on, if only in my fond memories. Someone once said "he is never gone as long as we remember him". I know that I will always remember him and the impact that he had on my life. I am greatly saddened by the loss of my friend, and although my heart aches over his death, all I can do is try to take some comfort in knowing that he is in a better place and at peace.##imported-begin##Eric Czarnopys##imported-end##

Kay and Tracy,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read it in the paper. I will always remember hanging out at the house on Isabella way back in the day when we were all so young. Carl was always such a good kid. My sincere condolences go out to both of you, and to all of Carl's family and friends as well. God bless.
With sympathy,

i was very sad to hear of carl's passing..i will always remember his smile and the laughs we had at work. i was one of the first people to work with carl when he came to powdercoat technology(herman miller). i remember him bring his cd player to work and we'd talk for hours on end about music and the songs we liked. carl talked about his family and how much he loved them and all of his friends. i'm very very sorry for your loss! ~tim miller##imported-begin##timothy j. miller##imported-end##
