Dear Shelly and Val, we are so sorry to hear of your mom‘s passing. But we know there is much joy and celebration and reunions in heaven. We have had so many good times with your mom and watching you both grow up into such wonderful and gifted women yourselves. Your mom was such a good prayer warrior and would do what she could to always make our Tuesday prayer times. She always supported me, sang in choir with me and played piano for me. I remembered being deacons together and lots of good talks and prayers together. There was nothing that could get her down. She lived through cancer and tough times but God was always by her side. I’m so thankful for knowing you and your family from your dad Larry to her second husband Howard. She loved so well. Carol was a gift to us at Allen Avenue and as a friend. She made such a difference in my life and I look forward to the to the day that we will see her again. I’m so sorry we couldn’t be there tonight, but we pray that God will be with you as you go through this time of grieving and rejoicing, may you have wonderful memories. Much love and blessings.
