Carol J. Cline's Obituary
Mrs. Carol Joan Cline, age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 3, 2022 in Lansing, MI. She was born on December 10, 1932 to Phillip and LaVerle (Shepard) Boone in Muskegon. A lifelong resident of West Michigan, Carol married Richard “Dick” Cline on February 10, 1951 and he preceded her in death in 2018 after 66 years together. Carol owned and operated Port City Furniture for over 20 years. She enjoyed wintering in Florida and she was a longtime member of Oakwood Resort on Campbell Lake. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jerry (Mike Marohn) Cline, Jody (Rod) Tober, and Becky (Steven) Greenhoe; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-greatgrandchildren. Along with her husband, Carol was also preceded in death by her children, Randy Cline and Pamela Cline; siblings, Phillip (Char) and Phyllis (Maria); and parents. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM, Friday, June 10 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
