My had Herrygers is the strongest woman that I ever knew. After my parents decided to get a divorce she moved back up to Michigan after 7 years living in Florida. All of her family has been a wonderful support system for Carol and her children. She was a strict woman, but she had to be strict to make sure her kids could make it with just one parent raising us. She did do,as I asked from me for my senior year of high school and attended all three of my choir concerts. She was always smiling and loved her children, grandchildren and her boyfriend. She also kept in touch with her ex husband and my dad Dan Herrygers. She will be dearly missed.

My mother was the strongest person i have ever had the pleasure and privilege to know. She was a very good mom and a wonderful friend. She was always smiling and loved her children and fought for all three of her kids. She also loved her 3 grandchildren as well. She always tended to her flowers. Every spring she would go to the greenhouse store and buy some Impatience flowers to plant under the hedge by our front window She will be dearly loved and missed by all family and friends who had the pleasure to know her. Thank you to all who attended my mother's funeral and shared memories of this wonderful woman. Thank you for celebrating her life with us.
