Carol Ann Mayette's Obituary
Carol Ann Mayette, age 80, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023. She was born on December 24, 1942, to Leo and Katherine (Klinger) Budenholzer in St. Louis, MO. Prior to 2016, she had worked as a hairdresser at The Finishing Touch. Carol enjoyed being with her family and friends and was very close to her MCC graduating class of 1960. She was proud to say her family had 3 generations attend Muskegon Catholic. On October 24, 1964, she married, Jerry Mayette and he survives her along with two children, Scott (Cheryl) Mayette and Lesley (Pete) Adkins; grandchildren, Tommy (Megan) Vincent, Lauren Hicks, Jacob Budde and Morgan (Nick) Frazier; 3 great-grandchildren, Reagan, Lincoln and Hadley and sister, Suzanne Johnson. Carol was preceded in death by her parents. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023, at The Walburn Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 1547 W. Sherman Blvd., Muskegon, MI 49441 with Rev. Fr. Norm Droski presiding. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
