Mrs. Carol A. Wood's Obituary
Mrs. Carol Ann Wood, age 69, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Carol was born September 19, 1946 to Leo and Betty (Benson) Shafer in Muskegon. On September 19, 1970 she married the love of her life, Jerry Wood, and he survives her. Carol was an excellent homemaker who lived for and loved her family; especially her grandchildren, whose games and activities she faithfully attended over the years. Along with her husband of 45 years, Jerry, she is SURVIVED by her children, Jodi (Jim) Luttrull and Jeff (Michelle Finck) Wood, all of Muskegon; grandchildren, Brock and Brady Luttrull, Mason, Parker, Sienna, Ava, and Aubree Wood, Hannah, Abbi and Jake Finck; her brother, Ron (Bonnie Lee) Shafer; sister, Marlene Leiter; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joan Wood, Jack and Joan Wood, Ron and Paula Johnson and Roger Wood; and many nieces and nephews.
