Carol L. Hayward's Obituary
Carol L. Hayward, age 73, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Hillcrest Nursing Home. She was born on July 15, 1938 to Lyle and Bertha (DeLong) Snow in Muskegon. She attended Fifth Reformed Church. Carol was a member of the V.F.W. 446 Auxiliary and the Muskegon Eagles. Carol enjoyed knitting, crocheting and playing Skip-Bo. SURVIVORS include 5 daughters, Norma (Richard) Shunta of N. Muskegon, Sandra (Edward, Jr.) Smith of Muskegon, Donna (Calvin) Matheny of Twin Lake, Rhonda (Tom) Gregory of N. Muskegon and Brenda (Brent) Mosley of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law, Dorothy Snow of N. Muskegon. She was preceded in death by 1 brother and 3 sisters. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11AM Saturday, August 20, 2011 The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to Harbor Hospice would be appreciated. Burial will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery.
