Mrs. Catherine “Cat” C. Russell, age 68, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at home. She was born on April 6, 1949 to John and Mary (Tufts) Carskadon. Cat was a friend to all, enjoyed taking care of others, and liked being around her animals and flowers. Cat will be dearly missed by her sons, Troy French (Kelly Knoll) and Danni Russell (fiancée Ashley Barr); grandchildren, Josh French, Zachary French, Aralynn Russell, and Eva’Lynn Russell; and siblings, Franklin (Gayle) Carskadon, Joseph (Lori) Carskadon, Amy Umlor, Berta (Don) Meyer, Ruthanne (David) Rey, Danni Carskadon, and Beverly Carskadon. She was preceded in death by her son, Andre French; parents; and brother, Timothy Carskadon. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
