Catherine M. Westover's Obituary
Catherine M. Westover, age 101, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, died Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Morningside Health Center.
Catherine was born May 26, 1912, in Grand Haven to William and Gertrude (De Ryke) Nauta.
She was married to Kenneth Watson who preceded her in death. Catherine then married Merrill Westover and they made Sheboygan, Wisconsin their home. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1973.
Catherine was a homemaker and volunteer at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital. She took her first Harley-Davidson ride at the age of 97.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Delores) Watson of Fort Myers, FL; and her daughter, Susan (Kenneth) Klop of Montague; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Russell Nauta and William Nauta.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 1-3 p.m. at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven with a short service at 1:30 p.m. by the family. Share memories with the family at their online guest book at www.vbkfuneralhome.com.
