Charlene L. Burmeister's Obituary
Charlene L. Burmeister, age 72, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was born November 21, 1949 in Benton Harbor, MI to Carl A. and Delores L. (Nix) Keding. She worked as a French Teacher and a Librarian for Allendale Public Schools. On June 29, 1991, she married Kurt Burmeister in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on February 18, 2020. Charlene is survived by 1 brother, Roger (Sally) Keding; 1 sister, Gail (Terry) Thome; 6 nieces and nephews, Peter (Gina) Keding, Amy Keding, Meghan Keding, Eric (Laurel) Thome, Katie (Ben) Cote, Sara (Nathan) Nader; her mother-in-law, Donna Burmeister; 1 brother-in-law, Corey (Sue) Burmeister; and 2 sisters-in-law, Lisa (Tom) Bisson and Lesley Miller. She was also preceded in death by her parents. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will take place 11:00am-1:00pm, Saturday, April 30, 2022 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
