Charles "Chuck" M. Dexter's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” M. Dexter, age 59, of Muskegon passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was born February 8, 1956 to Charles E. and Mary Dexter in Muskegon. Chuck was an auto mechanic and he was always somewhere under a hood. He worked at Shavalier Auto Parts where he was able to work with the vehicles he loved. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Dexter and her mother Dorothy Wade; sister, Susan Bazany; brothers, Mike (Cindy) Dexter, Tony (Rebecca) Dexter, Roger (Nadine) Dexter; several; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; special friends, Marilyn Shavalier and Sarah Shavalier. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Chuck will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231-798-1100) at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dan Smith officiating. Visitation will take place an hour prior to services. Memorial contributions can be made in Chuck’s name to the Jibson Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund.
