Charles E. “Chuck” Parnell, age 65, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. He was born on August 20, 1957; to Robert and Mary Ann (Schivaike) Parnell in Muskegon. Chuck served his county in the US Army. Over the years he had worked at Lappo Lumber and Great Lakes Downs prior to an injury.
