Charles R. Patterson's Obituary
Charles Richard Patterson age 82 of Ravenna died Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Poppen Hospice Residence surrounded by his loving family.
Charles was born on August 26, 1927 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Russell and Hazel (Wilde) Patterson. Charles served in the United States Navy. He married Mickie E. Lambers on July 1, 1949 in Conklin, Michigan.
Charles is survived by his wife of 60 years Mickie Patterson of Ravenna, 1 Son; Steve and Sonja Patterson of Ravenna. 13 grandchildren and 10 great Grandchildren. 1 Brother: Kenneth and DiAnn Patterson of Ravenna a sister in-law: Dorothy Patterson of Muskegon. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Charles was preceded in death in addition to his parents by: 1 Daughter: Cheryl Patterson, 2 Sons: Joel & Dennis Patterson, 1 Sister: Irma Minnerick and 2 Brothers: Gerald and Ronald Patterson.
Funeral Services for Charles R. Patterson will be conducted on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 11:00am at the Throop Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Smith officiating. Burial will be in Ravenna Township Cemetery.
The family will be at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna on Monday, April 5, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm to receive friends.
