Charles F. Swenor's Obituary
Mr. Charles F. Swenor Jr., age 69, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2012. He was born on March 14, 1943 to Charles and Molly Rose (Brace) Swenor Sr. in Muskegon. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam war and retired in 1996 Army National Guard. Chuck was an avid sports enthusiast; basketball and U of M sports were his passion. He retired from Pacific Steamex last year and prior to that he had worked at Clark Floor Machine. SURVIVORS include 6 children, Charles (Kim) Swenor, Deana Barnes (Jeff Hemmeke), Michael (Danielle) Swenor, Jonathan (Megan) Swenor, David (Frankie) Swenor and Mark Swenor; 14grandchildren; sister, Jean Vanderwest and former wife, Char Reed.
